Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee and streamline end-to-end business operations including loan processing workflows, invoice financing cycles, and customer onboarding. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer experience. Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all operational functions; escalate risks and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Collections, Sales, Telesales, and Engineering) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Financial Oversight \& Reporting Manage financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow monitoring, and reconciliation of loan disbursements and repayments. Prepare and present accurate financial P\&L reports, budget forecasts, and variance analyses to leadership. Support financial planning and budgeting processes; provide real-time insights on revenue performance and cost-to-serve metrics. Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required. Compliance \& Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to company policies, MAS regulations, and applicable financial controls governing SME lending and invoice financing. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and mitigate risks within the loan and invoice processing cycles. Maintain proper documentation and records to support audit, reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements. Act as the key point of contact for compliance matters across internal departments and external vendors. Team Leadership \& Vendor Management Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team; set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. Oversee vendor relationships and third-party service agreements; conduct Business Review Meetings and ensure SLA adherence. Collaborate with HR to support hiring, onboarding, and training of operations staff. Strategic Planning \& Business Development Partner with the Senior Management in strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution of business growth initiatives. Analyze data metrics including loan utilization, default rates, application conversion, and operational costs to drive informed decision-making. Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings, streamline technology integrations, and expand market reach within Singapore's SME landscape. Support business development activities including preparation of presentations, proposals, and performance reports for stakeholders. Qualifications \& Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA license or MBA is a strong advantage. Experience Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in business operations, finance management, or a related senior management role. Prior experience in a fintech, financial services, SME lending, or banking environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated track record in managing cross-functional operations and driving process improvements. Experience with lending or credit operations is a significant advantage. Skills \& Competencies Strong financial acumen with proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational actions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High proficiency in MS Excel, financial management systems, and ERP or loan management platforms. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Solid understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape for financial services and SME lending. Pay: Php60,000\.00 - Php80,000\.00 per month Experience: Business Operation or related senior management role: 5 years (Preferred) Fintech, financial services, lending, banking environment: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
