Junior SDR & Podcast Network Coordinator Company: Icons of Real Estate Location: 100% Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role Are you a quick-thinking, high-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love turning cold leads into warm conversations? Icons of Real Estate is looking for an ambitious Junior SDR / Podcast Network Coordinator to power our growth engine. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our network—managing outbound responses, qualifying interested real estate professionals, and booking discovery calls for our sales leadership team. Core Responsibilities Inbox & Campaign Management: Monitor outbound email campaigns daily and respond rapidly to interested prospects during US business hours. Lead Qualification & Objection Handling: Engage prospects via email, answer questions seamlessly, address objections, and qualify initial interest. Pipeline & Calendar Control: Book qualified prospects directly onto the Network Manager’s calendar and execute confirmation sequences to maximize show-up rates. Proactive Outreach: Pick up the phone or send personalized follow-ups to nudge warm prospects forward. CRM Hygiene & Escalation: Keep lead statuses and interaction notes meticulous in our tracker, while fast-tracking hot leads straight to sales leadership. Daily Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators (replies handled, calls booked, show-up rates) daily to the Sales Manager. Secondary Responsibilities Multi-Channel Prospecting: Expand outreach across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and the eXp HUB internal communication network.
