You will oversee our promotional calendar, lifecycle marketing, website merchandising, and product-launch execution. You will coordinate multiple team members and ensure that email, SMS, website, inventory, photography, and product information are aligned before every launch. Because the United States is our primary market, you must understand U.S. e-commerce practices, consumer behavior, promotional periods, marketing standards, and customer expectations. Applicants whose experience is primarily limited to the Philippine market may not be the right fit unless they can demonstrate significant work for U.S. brands or customers. Key Responsibilities Email and SMS Marketing Own and maintain a promotional calendar focused on the U.S. market. Coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple team members. Review email and SMS campaigns for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment. Coordinate copy, design, product information, offers, and launch details. Monitor campaign performance and recommend additional sends when revenue needs support. Oversee Klaviyo campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and lifecycle strategy. Manage Postscript SMS and related migration or integration projects. Plan campaigns around major U.S. promotional periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Website Management Own final website merchandising and launch quality assurance. Review and approve new Shopify product listings before publication. Maintain product-naming, pricing, and merchandising standards for U.S. customers. Confirm that templates, tags, collections, SEO fields, and product types are correct. Coordinate website changes and manage the people responsible for implementation. Escalate Shopify, application, or integration issues when necessary. Monitor website performance during product launches and major promotions. Coordinate troubleshooting and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Product Launch Management Connect inventory availability with marketing and launch dates. Confirm whether products are in stock, on preorder, on presale, or delayed. Adjust campaigns and timelines when inventory estimates change. Ensure product pages, inventory, photography, email, SMS, and content are aligned before launch. Make or escalate go/no-go launch decisions. Maintain clear ownership, timelines, and accountability across the launch team. Team and Project Management Manage and coordinate multiple team members across marketing, creative, website, and operational functions. Assign responsibilities, track progress, and follow up on incomplete deliverables. Lead regular campaign and product-launch check-ins. Identify workflow gaps and improve internal processes. Keep leadership informed of risks, delays, and important decisions. Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based colleagues and partners. Requirements At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, website management, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role. Meaningful experience working for a U.S.-based e-commerce company or directly supporting the U.S. market. Strong understanding of U.S. online-shopping behavior, promotional calendars, and customer expectations. Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo. Experience with SMS platforms such as Postscript is strongly preferred. Experience managing or coordinating multiple people and workstreams. Strong written and spoken English suitable for a U.S. consumer brand. Excellent project-management, communication, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to review U.S.-facing marketing materials and website content for accuracy, clarity, and quality. Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment. Willing and able to work hours that overlap with the U.S. team. This may require a night-shift schedule in the Philippines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a U.S. direct-to-consumer, consumer, lifestyle, collectibles, or entertainment brand. Experience supporting a U.S. e-commerce business generating significant annual revenue. Experience coordinating Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other major U.S. promotional campaigns.
