Position Overview: The Aviation Specialist manages and supports aviation operations within Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant flight and ground operations while coordinating between public agencies, private partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor aviation operations under PPP projects. Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, PPP agreements, and organizational policies. Assist in aircraft maintenance tracking, operational readiness, and safety inspections. Support flight planning, logistics, and resource management. Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for PPP stakeholders. Liaise with government agencies, private contractors, and aviation authorities. Analyze operational data to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions for smooth PPP operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Air Transport, or related field. Knowledge of aviation safety regulations, flight operations, and maintenance procedures. Understanding of PPP frameworks, contracts, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in aviation management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aviation operations, flight coordination, or aircraft maintenance. Experience working with regulatory authorities, safety compliance, and PPP projects preferred. Familiarity with flight planning, air traffic procedures, and operational risk management. Relevant aviation certifications (pilot license, maintenance license, or equivalent).
