About The Role • REKT Productions is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the operational right hand to Managing Director, Robert Munday. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for an accomplished executive support professional who can transform the Managing Director’s productivity, protect his attention and help him operate effectively across a fast-growing global business. • Success will come from anticipating needs, applying sound judgement and creating structure around a demanding, constantly changing schedule. You will manage communications, priorities, travel, meeting preparation and follow-through while acting as a reliable extension of the Managing Director. This is not a reactive administrative position. It is an opportunity to create genuine executive leverage in a creative company operating across international clients, productions and time zones. • This role is being recruited by Clarke Point(www.clarkepoint.com), a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor. • What You’ll Be Doing • Manage and triage the Managing Director's inbox, communications and follow-up priorities • Own and optimise a complex calendar across global clients, productions and time zones • Prepare concise meeting briefs with background research on attendees, organisations and objectives • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodation and production logistics • Track commitments, decisions and action items through to completion • Act as a trusted liaison between the Managing Director, team members, clients and external stakeholders • Draft correspondence, documents, presentations and executive communications • Provide discreet personal assistance and manage confidential matters • Leverage productivity tools, including AI where appropriate, to streamline research, communication and administrative workflows • Continuously improve the systems that protect the Managing Director's time and increase executive effectiveness • What We’re Looking For • Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American, British or similar international clients • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as an Executive Assistant to an Australian CEO, Managing Director, or Founder • Experience in video production, live content, advertising, marketing, gaming or a closely related creative industry • Exceptional spoken and written English with the confidence to communicate on behalf of a Managing Director • Demonstrated ability to manage complex inboxes, calendars, travel and shifting priorities • Outstanding judgement, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently and operate with minimal supervision • Strong research skills and the ability to turn information into concise executive briefing notes • High digital fluency, including modern collaboration, calendar and productivity tools • Flexibility to support occasional requirements outside standard Victorian business hours Nice to Have • Professional working proficiency in Japanese and/or Mandarin. • Experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO or Founder in a rapidly scaling or 24/7 global operation. • Experience coordinating international productions, live events or creative projects • Advanced capability with AI productivity tools, workflow automation or executive productivity systems. • Remote Work Setup Requirements • To ensure a smooth and professional remote working experience, candidates must have the following: • A reliable computer or laptop • Stable internet connection • Quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for remote work • Ideal Personality Attributes • Proactive: anticipates requirements, identifies risks early and acts before being asked • Discerning: uses strong judgement to separate genuine priorities from noise • Unflappable: remains calm, organised and constructive when plans change quickly • Accountable: takes ownership of outcomes and follows commitments through to completion • Discreet: handles confidential business and personal matters with absolute professionalism • Compensation • Package • ₱80,000 to ₱100,000 per month (depending on experience) • Long-term, full-time Independent Contractor role • Philippines public holidays • 12 days vacation leave per year • 6 days sick leave per year • ₱2,500 monthly health insurance allowance • Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours (with flexibility) • REKT Productions is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow Victorian hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Melbourne time) with flexibility to support global operations. • Pre-engagement Requirements • Character References • NBI Clearance (Most Recent) • Bachelor’s Degree Diploma • Two Valid Government-issued IDs • Picture of Your Work Environment • Hardware Specifications
