Profile Requirements: Min 5 Years of Proven Experience in progressive accounting or financial analysis experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and complex financial analysis (Power Query experience is a plus) Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Experience within manufacturing, construction, project-based, or job-cost accounting environments is preferred CPA or CPA candidate is preferred but not required Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus. Core responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Prepare cash flow reports and assist with cash flow forecasting Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives Review job costing, project profitability, gross margins, and operational performance Assist with revenue recognition and financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP Analyze operating expenses and recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries using ERP systems and Excel Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial records Collaborate with operations, project management, and executive leadership to support financial decision-making Assist with annual audits, tax preparation, and external financial reporting requirements Develop reports and dashboards within NetSuite, Excel, and other financial reporting tools Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls Participate in special financial projects, system improvements, acquisitions, and process optimization initiatives Perform additional accounting and financial analysis duties as assigned Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
