Help us grow a healthcare company that makes a difference. Acquire MedStaff LLC is a nurse-owned healthcare staffing company that specializes in operating room and procedural staffing across the United States. We’re looking for someone who loves marketing, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build something meaningful. You’ll work directly with our Founder to improve our website, create helpful content, build marketing systems, and strengthen our online presence. If you’re someone who takes initiative, likes learning new things, and enjoys seeing your work make a real impact, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help us grow our brand and improve how we connect with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. Your work will include: Managing and improving our WordPress website. Writing and publishing SEO friendly blog articles. Building landing pages and updating website content. Creating email campaigns and marketing automations in GoHighLevel. Creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Designing graphics and marketing materials in Canva. Creating lead magnets and other downloadable resources. Tracking marketing performance and sharing simple weekly reports. Looking for ways to improve our marketing every week. What We’re Looking For We’re not looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, curious, and enjoys figuring things out. You’ll be a great fit if you: Take ownership of your work. Communicate clearly. Pay attention to details. Like learning new skills. Enjoy solving problems. Use AI to work smarter, but still think for yourself. What You Should Have Required Strong written English. Experience with WordPress. Experience with Canva. Experience creating marketing content. Basic knowledge of SEO. Good organization and time management skills. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT. Bonus Skills GoHighLevel or another CRM and marketing automation platform. Elementor.
