We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on and AI-enthusiastic SEO, GEO & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is for someone who can take ownership of our organic growth, from SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to researching, creating, optimising and publishing content regularly . You will also manage our email marketing through Klaviyo, including campaigns, automated flows and customer segmentation. We want someone who is genuinely excited about AI , actively explores new AI tools and understands how AI is changing search, content and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings and conversions. Implement GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines. Conduct keyword, competitor, content-gap and search-intent research. Plan, create, optimise and publish SEO-focused content consistently . Manage blogs, landing pages, product/category pages and other website content. Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, schema and content structure. Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate improvements. Use AI tools to improve research, content workflows, SEO and marketing productivity while maintaining content quality. Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools. Manage Klaviyo email marketing, campaigns and customer segmentation. Build and optimise Klaviyo automated flows , including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase and Win-Back. Monitor and improve email revenue, deliverability, engagement and conversions. Requirements Proven hands-on experience in SEO and content publishing . Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO. Practical knowledge of GEO and optimisation for AI-powered search platforms . AI enthusiast who actively uses and experiments with AI tools for marketing, research and content. Strong content writing, editing and publishing skills. Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs. Hands-on Klaviyo experience is essential , including flows, campaigns and segmentation. Understanding of email automation, deliverability and e-commerce customer journeys. Shopify experience is highly desirable. Excellent written English and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. E-commerce or retail marketing experience is an advantage. Work-From-Home Requirements Based in the Philippines. Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM New Zealand Time (NZT), including a 1-hour unpaid break. Own a reliable, high-performance laptop or desktop computer.
