• Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across various industries, ensuring consistent on-time delivery and milestone achievement. • Plan, coordinate, and execute full project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. • Design and implement project reporting frameworks and dashboards to drive clarity and accelerate decision-making. • Manage ITSM platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) to improve service delivery and response times. • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to manage scope, risks, schedules, and budgets. • Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. • Oversee and mentor project team members and junior project managers to boost productivity and ensure best practices. • Leverage collaboration and productivity tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Office 365, Asana, and Smartsheet. • Develop client proposals and deliver presentations aligned with SOPs and stakeholder expectations.
