About The Role We produce design and construction documentation for Australian commercial, residential and industrial projects. We're expanding beyond fire services into full building services, and we're looking for a BIM Draftsperson who can model and document across Fire, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/hydraulic disciplines. You'll work remotely, connecting via remote desktop to our Australian server, aligned to Australian Eastern time. What you'll do Produce coordinated Revit models and 2D documentation across MEPF services — mainly fire services, HVAC ductwork and pipework, electrical power, lighting and containment, hydraulic and sanitary drainage, hydrant and detection systems Develop drawings from mark-ups, sketches and engineer's design intent through to construction and as-built issue Run clash detection and services coordination with architectural and structural models Maintain drawing registers, title blocks, sheet setups and issue documentation to company CAD/BIM standards Create and maintain Revit families and templates Liaise with Australian-based engineers and project staff on revisions and RFIs What we're looking for Minimum 4 years drafting experience in building services (MEP, MEPFS or fire protection) Strong Revit MEP skills — modelling, sheet setup, schedules, families Proficient in AutoCAD Excellent attention to detail, able to manage your own workload independently Strong written and spoken English, reliable home internet and workspace Advantageous Experience across two or more services disciplines Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud Prior experience with Australian consultants or contractors What we offer Salary with (HMO, leave, equipment allowance, and other applicable benefits) Permanent work-from-home Ongoing training across disciplines and exposure to a broad project portfolio Long-term role with a growing team Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: MEPF BIM Draftsperson : 4 years (Required) MEP, MEPFS or Fire Protection: 4 years (Required) AutoCAD: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: Remote
