As we are growing exponentially, we’re looking for a highly-skilled Copywriter to join our awesome team! As a Senior Copywriter at Leadplan Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping compelling narratives and delivering high-impact content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. With your extensive experience in copywriting and mastery of AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.ai, you will be expected to produce polished, strategic copy that requires minimal revisions. Beyond execution, you will help guide creative direction, ensuring that all messaging aligns with client objectives and brand voice. This role is designed for someone who thrives on independence, understands marketing strategy, and can quickly adapt to our workflows while mentoring junior writers and supporting the creative team. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Lead the creation of persuasive, engaging copy for websites, social media, ads, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Jasper, etc.) to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency. Collaborate with account managers, designers, and the creative team to ensure messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with marketing goals. Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and audiences to craft data-driven, high-performing content. Edit, proofread, and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior copywriters when needed. Contribute to campaign strategies and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh creative perspectives. Report directly to the Creative Head. KPI: Quality and performance of copy as measured by engagement and conversion metrics. Delivery of client-ready copy with minimal revisions required. Timely completion of projects while managing multiple assignments. Demonstrated, effective use of AI tools to optimize output and efficiency. Positive client and internal feedback on clarity, creativity, and strategic impact. Contribution to team growth by providing mentorship and setting quality standards. YOU’RE WHAT WE NEED IF YOU HAVE A: Proven track record as a Senior Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-performing work. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt voice and tone across industries and platforms. Advanced experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Jasper, etc.) as part of your creative process. Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content strategy. Strong strategic thinking skills, capable of aligning copy with broader business and marketing goals. Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high standard of quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience guiding or mentoring junior writers. A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to drive creative solutions and measurable results. Pay: Php4,800.00 - Php12,000.00 per week Work Location: Remote
