Key Responsibilities Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Manage and grow the Company's social media presence across multiple platforms. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support business growth. Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the design, content, sales, and product teams on marketing initiatives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with Email Marketing , Social Media Marketing , and Lead Generation . Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign optimization. Excellent communication and content coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience in the Real Estate industry or marketing CRM/SaaS products will be a strong advantage. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
