The Opportunity We're looking for a Software QA Analyst to help ensure every product we ship meets its design specs and works flawlessly. You'll test across diverse AI-driven projects, get hands-on with the latest tech and modern QA best practices, and grow within a genuinely supportive, collaborative culture. What You’ll Need: 2\+ years in software QA with strong manual testing skills. Experience testing websites, web, and mobile apps across browsers, devices, and OS. Experience using AI to improve workflows and testing AI integrations in apps. Skilled in writing test cases, plans, and reports, and running functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, compatibility, and usability tests. Able to identify, document, prioritize, and verify defects with clear steps and evidence. Familiar with tools like Jira and knowledge of STLC, Bug Life Cycle, and Agile. Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal English. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Nice to Haves: Exposure to automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, or similar tools. Experience building or maintaining automation scripts for smoke or regression testing. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or SQL. What You Get: Remote working and WFH done right. Flexible work arrangement.
