Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth candidate screening, qualification, and discovery conversations for executive-level professionals. You will assess candidates' experience, motivations, and overall fit while gathering valuable market insights to support executive search projects. This position is ideal for recruiters who excel in conducting consultative interviews, building rapport with senior professionals, and working within a structured recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive screening and qualification interviews with executive-level candidates. Evaluate candidates' professional experience, technical competencies, and career progression. Assess candidate motivations, career objectives, and overall suitability for opportunities. Gather relevant market intelligence and industry insights during candidate interactions. Identify and document key findings from candidate discovery conversations. Accurately maintain candidate records and interview notes within the recruitment system. Ensure all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Adhere to established recruitment processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements. Escalate matters appropriately based on internal guidelines. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing executive search assignments. Qualifications At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Executive Search, Financial Services, Banking, or other professional services industries. Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to build credibility and engage professionally with senior-level candidates. Strong critical thinking and probing skills to gather meaningful candidate insights. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational abilities. Comfortable working within structured processes and following established procedures. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Able to manage multiple candidate conversations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
