Dispatcher – Appliance Repair Company Misha Service LLC is an appliance repair company based in Fort Worth, Texas. We work with home warranty companies and appliance factories that provide us with daily work orders. We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to join our team. Position Details: Remote position Full-time remote contractor position Must be available during CST working hours Salary is paid on a monthly basis Pay: $600 per month \+ performance-based bonuses Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST Requirements Excellent English — C1 level or higher Clear speaking voice Good microphone and quiet workspace Reliable internet connection Proven experience working with a U.S.-based company Experience communicating with U.S. customers Experience with scheduling appointments Reliability, fast response time, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure The ability to solve problems independently Main Responsibilities: Schedule customer appointments Communicate with customers and home warranty companies Resolve scheduling conflicts Keep accurate records Coordinate with management and report daily operations Follow up on daily work orders and appointment status Software Knowledge: Knowledge of Dispatch.me, Zoom, Gmail, and Google Sheets is a plus. Training: We will make sure you are prepared to work with our company, our systems, and our daily process. However, we do not train people without prior experience. Important: We are looking for someone who can think independently, stay organized, and take ownership of the work. This position requires accuracy, responsibility, and strong follow-through. We do not want someone who needs constant reminders or babysitting.
