Position Overview: We are seeking educators with current experience in teaching mathematics who possess native-level fluency in English and strong professional communication skills . In this role, you will assist students by clarifying their academic doubts and providing clear, step-by-step explanations . Preference will be given to teachers experienced with international curricula , such as the International Baccalaureate (IB) , Cambridge CAIE , Advanced Placement (AP) , or other globally recognized K–12 frameworks . The ideal tutor can simplify complex concepts, communicate with patience and professionalism , and foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment in an online chat-based setting. Key Ownership areas: Maintain professional, welcoming, approachable, and patient communication while interacting with students. Respond promptly and accurately to students’ mathematics-related queries , analyzing the root cause of doubts and providing well-structured, step-by-step solutions . Engage in follow-up discussions to ensure students fully understand explanations, adapting your approach to their learning level and emotional state . Qualifications & Skills: Prior Mathematics teaching experience at the senior secondary or international curriculum level. Experience with IB, CAIE (IGCSE, A-Level), AP , or similar international programs is strongly preferred . Strong communication skills with a professional, empathetic, student-focused mindset .
