Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 professional with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online ? We’re looking for an Intermediate SharePoint Specialist to join our Modern Workplace Project Team ! Position: SharePoint Specialist Experience: Intermediate | 3–5 years Employment: Part-time Work Setup: Remote Team: Internal Modern Workplace Project Team Role Focus: SharePoint Online Project Delivery What You’ll Do ✔ Configure and manage modern SharePoint sites, pages, lists & libraries ✔ Implement information architecture, metadata & permissions ✔ Support SharePoint migrations and content restructuring ✔ Build productivity solutions using Microsoft Lists, Forms & Power Automate ✔ Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive & Microsoft 365 integrations ✔ Perform testing, QA and solution validation ✔ Prepare technical documentation and project handover materials We’re Looking For 3–5 years of Microsoft 365 experience At least 2 years focused on SharePoint Online Experience with SharePoint administration, migrations & governance Working knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID & Power Automate Strong documentation, troubleshooting & organizational skills Able to work independently in a remote environment Preferred: ShareGate/SharePoint Migration Tool, Power Apps, Microsoft Purview, relevant Microsoft certifications, and experience with structured project delivery teams.
