Role Overview The Digital Marketing & Leads Generation Intern (On the Job Training) will assist in executing digital marketing strategies, website design and management, content creation, social media campaigns, SEO, and lead generation activities. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to modern digital tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, SEO platforms, and social media marketing, while contributing to the company’s brand growth and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Website Design & Management Assist in designing and updating website layouts to improve user experience (UX) and visual appeal. Upload and format website content (text, images, blogs, landing pages) using WordPress. Customize WordPress themes and templates under supervision. Ensure all website pages are mobile-responsive and optimized for different devices and browsers. Implement basic SEO practices on the website (meta tags, alt text, page titles, keyword integration). Help set up and monitorcontact forms, lead capture pages, and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot). Conduct regular website checks to identify broken links, errors, or outdated content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop landing pages for campaigns, events, or lead generation activities. Track and report website analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversions). Content Creation & Digital Marketing Create and design engaging content (blogs, social media posts, graphics, short videos, and newsletters). Write and edit marketing copy that aligns with brand voice and objectives. Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms for visual content. Assist in email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). Support SEO-driven content strategies by incorporating keywords and optimized formatting. Social Media Marketing Assist in managing company accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Schedule , post, and monitor content calendars. Engage with online followers by responding to comments and messages. Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics. Lead Generation & CRM Support Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Build and maintain lead databases using online research and tools. Use HubSpot CRM to update, track, and qualify leads. Assist in outreach initiatives (email lists, LinkedIn searches, campaign follow-ups). Reporting & Administrative Support Prepare and maintain reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and lead conversions. Keep organized documentation of marketing materials, prospect lists, and reports. Provide administrative and clerical support to the marketing team as required. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, IT, or related fields. Familiarity with WordPress (content management, basic web design). Knowledge of HubSpot CRM, SEO basics, and email marketing tools is an advantage. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Strong communication and writing skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new digital tools.
