The Opportunity We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take ownership of month-end close and financial reporting for US-based clients. You will work in lean, high-trust environments where your financial accuracy and process ownership directly support business growth. What You Will Own Own full month-end close under US GAAP, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules Prepare financial statements and management reports for US stakeholders Perform variance analysis and identify key financial movements Maintain audit-ready documentation Collaborate directly with US Controllers, CFOs, and finance leadership Drive accounting process improvements What We're Looking For 4–6+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or equivalent) Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Availability for US time zone overlap Why Join MAVI?
