What You'll Do Make B2B cold calls to potential clients. Qualify customers using a script and criteria. Identify decision makers and gather key info. Handle basic objections confidently. Send follow-up emails and log calls accurately. What We're Looking For 6+ months outbound sales experience (B2B/B2C). Strong, confident, and energetic communication. Ability to follow a script while thinking on your feet. Reliable internet and quiet workspace. Willingness to learn our cold calling process. What We Offer Remote work. Competitive pay. Paid Training: 3 days at $12 total, then $3-$5 per hour with ability to increase with VERY GOOD COMMISSION STRUCTURE. Clear metrics and growth opportunities.
