Key Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand, marketing goals, and business objectives. • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels. • Create, curate, and publish engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and written posts. • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing. • Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster positive community engagement. • Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience growth, website traffic, and lead generation. • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content creators to produce compelling marketing materials. • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices. • Monitor key performance metrics using social media analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Analyze campaign performance and optimize content and strategies based on data-driven results. • Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity. • Support broader digital marketing initiatives, product launches, promotional campaigns, and company events through social media. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills. • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later). • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is an advantage. • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management. • Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and project management skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Must be willing to work from M to F, 6am to 3pm
