About The Role We are seeking an experienced offshore professional to develop a comprehensive Franchise Operations Manual for an emerging franchise system. Applicants must reside outside the United States. You will work directly with our leadership team through virtual meetings to document business processes, systems, standards, and best practices into a professional operations manual. Responsibilities • Develop a complete franchise operations manual from start to finish. • Interview leadership to document business processes. • Create SOPs, policies, workflows, and checklists. • Organize procedures into a logical manual structure. • Recommend operational improvements where appropriate. • Revise documentation based on feedback. Required Qualifications • Previous experience creating franchise operations manuals or extensive SOP documentation. • Excellent written English. • Strong technical writing and process documentation skills. • Experience interviewing stakeholders and documenting business operations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience Franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, operations management, quality systems, process improvement, training manuals, or business documentation.
