REMOTE OPPORTUNITY | PHILIPPINES Demand Planner We're partnering with a growing Australian business seeking an experienced Demand Planner to take full ownership of demand planning, purchasing, and inbound freight operations. What You'll Own Demand Planning & Forecasting Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts Analyse sales trends and inventory requirements Drive continuous forecast accuracy improvements Lead monthly and mid-month purchasing reviews Inventory & Working Capital Management Optimise inventory levels while balancing service, shelf life, and cash flow Monitor stock performance and identify supply risks Support new product setup and inventory control initiatives Procurement & Supplier Management Create and manage purchase orders Coordinate with international suppliers Manage supplier terms, MOQ requirements, and Incoterms Ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain execution Inbound Freight & Import Operations Manage end-to-end sea and air freight movements Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers Oversee import documentation, customs requirements, GST, duties, and shipment tracking Resolve freight and transit issues proactively Systems & Process Improvement Maintain and administer Netstock, Unleashed, and operational systems Develop SOPs and process documentation Produce reporting and insights to support business decisions What We're Looking For ✅ 5 + years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, or Logistics ✅ Experience supporting an Australian, New Zealand, UK, or US business ✅ Strong expertise in: Demand Forecasting Inventory Optimisation Procurement Supplier Management International Shipping Import & Customs Documentation Working Capital Management ✅ Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities✅ Exceptional English communication skills✅ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment⭐ Bonus Points For: Netstock experience Unleashed ERP experience Chemical distribution, manufacturing, or regulated industry experience Exposure to quality and compliance processes Why This Role Stands Out ✨ Direct impact on business performance and working capital ✨ High level of ownership and autonomy ✨ Exposure to international procurement and logistics operations ✨ Opportunity to become a critical operational partner to Australian leadership If you're passionate about Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Optimisation, Procurement, Forecasting, International Logistics, Freight Management, and Operational Excellence, we'd love to hear from you. mark@offshoretalent.com Pay: Php90,000 .00 - Php100,000 .00 per month Work Location: Remote
