Responsibilities Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates Build and maintain strong professional relationships Source, interview, and assess qualified candidates Work closely with hiring managers on staffing requirements Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies Coordinate with internal teams, including Finance, for smooth operations Stay updated on labor market trends and industry practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Open to Fresh Graduates). Strong communication and people skills. Highly trustworthy and maintain confidentiality. Effective time management and task prioritization skills. Proactively resolves challenges in account management and recruitment Adaptable to dynamic client needs and fast-paced environments Work Location: Malolos, Bulacan Work Setup: 8-hour shift \| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday \| Day shift Onsite - training period (3 months) Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Compensation \& Benefits: Basic salary (minimum wage) with guaranteed annual increase after evaluation Commissions, cash \& travel incentives, performance and year-end bonuses HMO upon regularization Government-mandated benefits 13th Month Pay Pay: From Php13,000\.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance On-site parking Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Application Question(s): How much is your expected salary?
