Your Role As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding marketing efforts by repurposing content, managing social media channels, and supporting brand growth through consistent, high-quality output. You Will Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form formats such as Reels and YouTube Shorts Transform transcribed notes and internal materials into compelling blog content Collaborate with the team to increase marketing output while ensuring brand consistency Support content organization and publishing workflows, including Shopify updates when needed What You Need Non-negotiables Strong experience in social media management and content creation Excellent communication skills Proven ability to edit and produce short-form video content Excellent writing skills for blogs and marketing copy Must have hands-on experience in content-focused execution Creative mindset with the ability to repurpose content across multiple formats efficiently Preferred Skills/experience Familiarity with Shopify Open to high-potential junior candidates Can do short forms of YouTube videos.
