Remarket SpaceVehicle Listing \& Sales Specialist We are seeking a driven and detail-obsessed Vehicle Listing \& Sales Specialist to own the journey of every vehicle from condition report to closed sale. In this role, you will process condition reports, build accurate and compelling vehicle listings for auction, and drive sales by cultivating strong relationships with both new and returning buyers. We're looking for someone with automotive knowledge and a sales mindset who thrives on ownership, works autonomously, and holds themselves to high standards. You'll be the link between the vehicle on the lot and the buyer who takes it home, so precision and follow-through are everything. This role requires confidence across key platforms, including HubSpot, RingCentral, Notion, and an internal auction platform. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to set you up for success, including step-by-step guides, templates, listing standards, and access to a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Condition Reports \& Listing Preparation Review and process condition reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before any vehicle goes live. Verify vehicle details, specifications, photos, and disclosures against source documentation. Build clear, accurate, and compelling vehicle listings ready to be posted at auction. Flag discrepancies, missing information, or quality issues and resolve them before listing. Ensure every listing meets company standards for presentation, transparency, and accuracy. Auction Posting Post vehicle listings to the appropriate auction platforms on schedule and error-free. Confirm pricing, run dates, and listing status are correct and up to date. Monitor live listings and make timely updates as conditions or details change. Sales \& Buyer Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing buyers. Proactively reach out to buyers to match available inventory to their needs. Respond to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate vehicle information. Follow up consistently to move deals forward and close sales. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the buyer base and increase repeat business. Performance Expectations Respond to internal messages (via Google Chat) within 10 minutes. Answer all buyer calls, emails, and chats with impeccable customer service. Process condition reports and prepare listings accurately and on schedule. Follow up on buyer inquiries and open deals within 3 hours. Maintain zero buyer complaints through professional and timely communication. Ensure 100% accuracy in all listings, data entry, and platform updates. What We're Looking For Automotive experience: Strong working knowledge of vehicles, condition reporting, and the remarketing or auction process. Sales experience: Proven ability to build relationships, communicate value, and close deals. Strong work ethic: Takes ownership, goes above and beyond, and gets the job done without being asked twice. Able to work autonomously: Self-directed and dependable, with the discipline to manage priorities independently. Detail-oriented: Catches errors others miss and holds every listing to a high standard. High standards: Committed to accuracy, quality, and professionalism in every interaction. Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating platforms like HubSpot, RingCentral, auction listing platforms, and Notion. Training \& Support We provide a thorough training program with detailed resources, including guides, templates, listing standards, and scripts. You'll also have access to a supportive team and a dedicated point of contact for any questions. 90-Day Trial Period \& At-Will Employment All new hires will undergo a 90-day trial period to ensure a strong fit for the role and alignment with company standards. During this time, your performance, accuracy, and adherence to protocols will be closely monitored. Successful completion of the trial period will confirm your permanent status on the team. Please note that employment with our company is at-will, meaning that either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
