The role Build pipeline, qualify, and close deals across our SaaS partner stack: HubSpot: implementations, migrations, onboarding, optimisation, audits Canva: Pro and Enterprise rollouts, template systems, training (we're a Global Canva Implementation Partner) Aircall: phone system implementations and HubSpot integrations Lemlist: outbound sequence builds, copywriting, deliverability Wrap services: RevOps consulting, marketing automation, ongoing managed services You build your own pipeline. We give you tools, partner intros, and product training. We don't feed you leads. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't your role. What you'll do Build outbound pipeline via cold outreach (we use Lemlist), LinkedIn, partner referrals, and event presence Run discovery calls. Diagnose the prospect's actual problem, not just sell the tool. Build and present scoped proposals (we use Qwilr, templates exist) Close deals (both implementation projects $5K to $50K, and ongoing managed services $2K to $10K per month) Hand off cleanly to the delivery team with full context Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot Hit and exceed quota You must have 2+ years sales experience with proven pipeline build and close performance (specific numbers in your application, anonymised is fine) Demonstrated success building your own pipeline from cold (not a farmer who inherited a book) Hands on with at least one of the partner stack. HubSpot is highest priority. Canva, Aircall, or Lemlist also valuable. Comfortable with technical sales. You understand what these tools do, not just the marketing pitch. Excellent professional written English Disciplined CRM hygiene Hungry, competitive, energised by the chase Loves a scoreboard. This role lives on KPIs (pipeline build, conversion, deal velocity, gross profit closed). If you're allergic to being measured weekly, this isn't your role. If you check the scoreboard three times a day, it is. Bonus Existing network in mid market AU/NZ B2B HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Sales, RevOps, Implementation) Technical background. You can run a demo without an SE. Based in Port Adelaide or willing to be in our office regularly Compensation Honest base. You can pay your bills on it while you build the pipeline. Uncapped commission tied to gross profit (not revenue). A deal that loses money in delivery doesn't pay you. A deal that comes in at high margin pays you very well. SaaS partner commissions. When we earn referral or implementation commissions from the SaaS partners, you share in those. Quarterly accelerators for over quota performance Career path.
