Sales & Customer Support Representative Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Fully Remote Compensation $3 per hour to $5 per hour (depending on the experience) Schedule 6 days per week, 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour unpaid break Days Off: 1 day per week, Saturday or Sunday Payment Frequency: Twice per month About The Role We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Sales & Customer Support Representative to join a fully remote team. This is primarily a sales-focused customer service position for someone who is confident speaking with customers, understands their needs, recommends suitable products, and can guide customers through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to turn customer inquiries into successful sales. During slower periods, the representative will also assist with customer support activities, including email, live chat, order-related questions, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Identify sales opportunities and convert qualified inquiries into sales. Guide customers through the purchasing process. Process customer orders accurately. Answer questions about products, orders, and services. Build positive and professional relationships with customers. Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and order information. Follow up with customers when required. Assist with customer service and administrative tasks during slower periods. Work with internal teams to resolve customer questions and support a positive customer experience. Meet established sales and customer service performance expectations. Required Qualifications Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong spoken and written English. Clear and professional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and close sales. Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods. Ability to work during US business hours. Reliable internet connection. Suitable professional workspace for remote work. Ability to multitask between calls, emails, chats, and customer records. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable and consistent attendance. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling inbound sales calls. Experience working in a call center or remote customer support environment. Familiarity with CRM systems. Experience using customer support or live chat platforms. Experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or online customer service. Previous experience working with US-based customers.
