Job Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer , with proven expertise in Salesforce development and end-to-end solution delivery. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, system integrations, and data modeling . Proven experience in Salesforce platform upgrades , including ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems. Strong expertise in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Flows . Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools , preferably Git and Gearset . Technical Skills: Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related Salesforce technologies Salesforce Integration: Salesforce APIs, integration frameworks, and third-party system integrations Data Management: Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management Automation: Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, and workflow development DevOps & CI/CD: Source control, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices Release & Environment Management: Salesforce release management, deployment, and environment configuration Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
