We’re looking for a performance-driven video editor who can move fast, scale outputs, and produce high-converting ads. This is a fully remote role in a fast-moving startup. Make video ads that win, so we can grow into the \ 1 premium wellness brand in the Philippines that provides smart skincare and haircare solutions to Filipino people grounded on solving real problems and empowering them to live their lives to the fullest. If you’re the kind of creative professional who: ● Thinks in hooks, CTAs, and conversions (not just aesthetics and visuals) ● Understands target audience and viewer psychology and knows what makes people stop scrolling and watch an entire video from beginning to end ● Can produce high-converting video ads using different winning formats across the board, and can deliver an optimal volume of ads a week without dropping quality ● Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Sora, Veo3, Seedance) to increase outputs and work faster and industry software like Photoshop and Canva. ● Ships fast, iterates quickly, and doesn’t over-polish. ● Curious (and a little obsessed) about human behavior and on why they do what they do, why they think what they think, and why they say what they say. ● Hungry for real growth, envisions the company’s growth, and ready to roll their sleeves up to do real work on day one. ● Deeply cares about the team and the business, someone who sees value, coachable, and has a sense of purpose in what they do.
