Key Responsibilities Manage CRM updates: data entry, workflows, and automation support. Assist with integrations and ensure smooth data flow between systems. Prepare reports, dashboards, and custom views for Sales and Marketing. Support data quality initiatives, clean-up tasks, and bulk updates. Maintain documentation and assist with structured change management. Provide first-line technical support to CRM users and troubleshoot issues. Organize schedules, tasks, and communications for the pre-sales team. Strong attention to detail and excellent written English. Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar) is a plus. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Willingness to learn and advise on process improvements. Fully remote role with flexible work arrangements. Work in a small, focused team with direct input into systems and strategy.
