Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders Build and manage semantic models to support self-service analytics Manage source files in GitHub and maintain version control for all changes Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity across data pipelines Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting processes Required Skills \& Experience Power BI \& Reporting Proven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards in a professional setting Strong understanding of DAX and Power Query (M language) Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly visualizations for varied audiences Semantic Modeling Experience building and managing semantic models / tabular models Understanding of star schema, fact/dimension tables, and data modeling best practices Ability to optimize models for performance and maintainability Proficient in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data Desirable Skills Experience with data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) is a plus Experience with version control tools such as Git Work Arrangement: Home-based Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Internet Requirement: At least 20 Mbps internet connection Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
