We're looking for a Finance Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, preparing reports, and supporting business operations. If you have at least 2 years of accounting experience and are eager to grow your analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports. Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis. Gather, validate, and organize financial data from various sources. Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Perform account reconciliations and investigate data discrepancies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Utilize Excel and ERP systems to analyze and manage financial information. Participate in process improvement initiatives and other ad hoc tasks. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Statistics, or any business or quantitative-related course. At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or related roles. Experience in preparing financial reports is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and basic formulas). Experience using ERP systems is preferred (NetSuite experience is a plus). Proficient in Google Workspace. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Willing to work a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT).
