Your Daily Tasks Interpret, clarify, and implement product changes and lender policy updates Provide support to the broker network through email, telephone, and forums Offer SME guidance to brokers to help structure deals and navigate lending policies Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network The Qualifications We Seek Minimum of 3 years' experience in end-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing Experience in the Australian (AU) mortgage industry, proficiency in ApplyOnline Hands-on experience with loan lodgement processes Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong task prioritization skills and the ability to manage shifting deadlines Self-managed with the ability to handle multiple priorities Critical thinker with a proactive approach Professional, personable, and relationship-focused Team player with a results-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred Experience: Proficiency in ApplyOnline: 1 year (Required) End-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
