A Sales Representative is a Professional who initializes and manages relationships with customers. They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the marking of final purchase by them or someone in their household Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies. Clearly convey the advantages of our products or services to potential customers. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with prospects to gain insight into their needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or any similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities. Capacity to grasp customer needs and deliver effective solutions. Availability for Graveyard Shift. Benefits A paid training program will be provided. The position includes designated time off on weekends. Work arrangement options include onsite, hybrid, and remote work. The starting base salary for regular employees will range from ₱18,000 to ₱25,000\. Earn as much as ₱100,000 per month through spiffs, incentives, and commissions. The position offers uncapped and unlimited commission opportunities.
