This is not a freelance or part-time role. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong leadership backgrounds in customer service or BPO operations who are looking for long-term career growth in appliance sales and product management. Handle customer chat support professionally and efficiently Assist customers in selecting appliances based on their needs Learn and understand appliance products, features, sizing, and specifications Coordinate product orders, delivery schedules, and customer concerns Ensure products fit customer requirements and space specifications Manage customer expectations and provide excellent customer experience Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Maintain professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience in Customer Service or BPO industry Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage customer concerns effectively Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Willing to learn appliance products and sales processes Full-time availability required Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work weekends and rotating schedules Schedule Work Days 5 days per week Total Hours 36 hours per week Weekend Availability Required — Saturday and Sunday shifts are included Days Off Generally scheduled on weekdays Schedule Tentative and may be adjusted based on business needs Availability Applicants must have full open availability and flexibility Technical Requirements: Own computer setup at home with dual monitors High-speed internet connection Backup device/battery and internet connection Webcam USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions Job Type: Full-time Benefits Paid training Pay raise Career Advancement opportunities Work from home Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month Benefits Paid training Pay raise Work from home Application Question(s): Are you willing to work on Weekends?
