About The Role Are you a natural communicator who thrives on camera? Do you know how to turn a curious viewer into an eager buyer within seconds? We are seeking dynamic, high-energy Live Stream Sales Hosts to serve as the face of our brand across TikTok and Facebook Live. In this role, you will interact with hundreds of live viewers simultaneously, demonstrating products, answering real-time questions, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Execute High-Impact Live Streams: Host captivating, high-conversion live selling sessions on TikTok and Facebook Live to drive immediate sales. Demonstrate Product Value: Clearly explain and showcase product features, benefits, use cases, and promotional offers on camera. Master Real-Time Engagement: Read and respond to live comments, answer product questions, manage objections gracefully, and maintain strong audience energy. Achieve Performance Goals: Use proven sales techniques, urgency drivers, and call-to-actions to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets. Collaborate & Optimize: Review live stream analytics (retention, conversion rate, total views) alongside marketing teams to refine pitch angles, promotional strategies, and streaming flow. Requirements & Qualifications On-Camera Presence: Confident, expressive, highly energetic, and comfortable entertaining an audience for extended live periods. Language Skills: Professional fluency in Taglish, Tagalog, and English with strong persuasive and storytelling abilities. Sales & Audience Psychology: Proven understanding of impulse buying, consumer psychology, upselling, and closing techniques. Experience: Prior experience in TikTok, Shopee, Lazada live selling, event hosting, broadcast media, or high-volume sales is strongly preferred (high-potential talent with strong raw capability will also be considered). Technical Infrastructure (Work from Home): High-speed, stable fiber internet connection (minimum 30–50 Mbps) with a secondary backup connection. Modern smartphone with high-definition video capabilities or a professional webcam set up. Dedicated, quiet, well-lit home studio space optimized for live broadcasting. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: PHP 25,000 - 35,000 month (commensurate with experience) Uncapped Commission: Performance-based commission structure with no earnings ceiling. Total Target Earnings: Up to PHP 90,000+ / month including commissions and incentive bonuses. Work Setup: 100% Permanent Work-from-Home / Remote.
