We’re looking for a Planning Analyst to support commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics. This role is key in delivering accurate insights and dashboards that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Own monthly forecasting, reporting, and dashboards Maintain market share and performance reports Analyze data and translate into actionable insights Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams Support business reviews and leadership reporting Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to enhance reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and overall business efficiency What We're Looking For 2–4 years in Analytics, Sales Ops, or BI Strong Excel & Power BI skills Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized Strong stakeholder management skills Proficiency in using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making Nice to Have Experience in forecasting or demand planning Background in FMCG, retail, or telecom
