About The Role • We are looking for an AI Engineer who can bridge software engineering and applied artificial intelligence to build practical, production-ready AI solutions. • This role focuses on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, automation workflows, and intelligent features into web, mobile, and business applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve user experiences, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency. • You will play a key role in transforming AI capabilities into scalable, reliable, and measurable business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered features and applications using modern AI platforms and frameworks • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies • Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI interactions for accuracy, consistency, and performance • Build and maintain backend services that support AI-driven workflows and automation processes • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and knowledge retrieval solutions • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and use cases • Evaluate, test, and optimize AI outputs to improve reliability, usability, and business value • Integrate AI systems with existing applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services • Monitor AI performance, usage, and costs while implementing appropriate safeguards and controls • Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices for AI solutions • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends Requirements • Strong software engineering experience using modern backend or full-stack technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Laravel, ASP.NET, NestJS, or similar) • Experience working with AI APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent services • Understanding of prompt engineering principles and AI application design • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating external services • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval concepts • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills • Understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, context management, and response evaluation techniques • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Nice to Have (Optional): • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks • Experience building AI agents, copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation solutions • Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, or similar platforms • Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate • Exposure to machine learning concepts, model evaluation, or fine-tuning workflows • Experience integrating AI into SaaS, mobile, or enterprise applications • Understanding of AI governance, privacy, security, and compliance considerations What You Can Expect: • Ownership Impact: Design and deliver AI-powered solutions that directly improve products, workflows, and business operations • AI-Driven Work: Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and rapidly evolving industry tools • Collaborative Environment: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to solve real-world problems using AI • Innovation Opportunities: Explore and implement new AI capabilities that create measurable business value • Fast-Paced Execution: Work in an environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and rapid delivery • Career Growth: Expand your expertise in applied AI, intelligent systems, automation, and emerging technologies • This role focuses on applied AI engineering and the integration of AI capabilities into real-world applications.
