Job title: Senior Analytics Engineer (Remote, PH - Day Shift) Details line: Remote · Philippine business hours · ₱80,000 - ₱130,000/mo Every report and model in a company reads from a layer of tables someone had to build and trust. We're hiring the person who builds that layer - and who is the reason a number means the same thing in two places. This is an ownership role, not a ticket queue. What you'll do Own data models in a transformation framework (dbt, SQLMesh, or Dataform) - from grain and design to the tests that keep them honest. Build and maintain the tested SQL layer that analysts, scientists, and dashboards depend on. Catch pipeline breaks before anyone downstream does, and make sure they don't recur. Use Python to load the awkward files that don't load themselves. What we're looking for 3+ years writing production SQL transformations. A transformation framework you know by name and use in anger: dbt, SQLMesh, or Dataform. Git as a daily habit, and automated tests attached to your models. Any columnar warehouse - Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, DuckDB (we don't screen on brand; the discipline transfers). You talk about models you own, not reports you produce.
