Stakeholder Coordination & Performance Tracking (Full Ownership) KPI Monitoring: Track core web pages, real-time alerts, performance dashboards, and key organic growth metrics across global business units. Market Alignment: Partner directly with regional markets and internal requesters to clarify requirements, follow up on execution, and resolve digital performance bottlenecks. Benchmarking & SOPs: Continuously refine baseline performance metrics, document operational best practices, and improve cross-market reporting workflows. 5. Web Optimization & Technical Implementation (Shared Ownership) Technical Ticketing: Draft precise, detailed engineering tickets for routine and complex SEO/GEO site updates. CMS Maintenance: Manage approved CMS updates, metadata enhancements, broken link fixes, and routine content adjustments across web properties. Pre/Post-Deployment Reviews: Oversee strict pre- and post-production testing to verify that technical changes are deployed correctly without impacting site integrity. Qualifications Experience: 5–8+ years in Digital Marketing, Organic Growth, or Digital Analytics, with hands-on experience managing global or multi-region digital programs. Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Sprout Social, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. Modern Search Knowledge: Practical experience or strong foundational understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and measuring brand visibility inside AI/LLM search environments. CMS Execution: Hands-on experience executing web updates and metadata management within enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress Enterprise, Drupal). Leadership & Communication: Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear action plans for cross-functional teams.
