Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships clients. Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with the estimating and engineering teams. Negotiate project contracts, commercial terms, and agreements with clients. Coordinate with the design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure project requirements are accurately communicated and executed. Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates on schedules, deliverables, and milestones. Handle variation orders, change requests, and contract amendments while ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field .3-5 Years experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project sale sStrong client management and business development skill sGood communication, negotiation, and coordination skill sGood communication, negotiation and coordination skill sAbility to work with project, design and engineering teams .
