About The Role • We are looking for detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Associates to support our multi-brand • order processing operations. This entry-level role focuses on accurately entering and updating order • information, assisting with fulfillment activities, and ensuring customer orders are processed according • to established procedures. • This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in eCommerce, order management, • or logistics operations. Training will be provided on internal systems and workflows • On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to: • Work with a premium luxury furniture eCommerce brand. • Gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations and order fulfillment. • Learn industry-standard tools and fulfillment processes. • Supportive remote team environment with opportunities for growth. • The main responsibilities of a DATA ENTRY - ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE include: • Order Processing & Data Entry • · Accurately enter, review, and update customer orders in Shopify and internal systems. • · Verify order details, including customer information, shipping addresses, item quantities, and pricing. • · Maintain accurate records while following established standard operating procedures (SOPs). • · Identify missing or incorrect order information and escalate when necessary. • Fulfillment Support • · Assist with preparing orders for fulfillment. • · Update shipment and order statuses across internal systems. • · Support shipment booking by entering required information into carrier portals. • · Monitor assigned orders and report potential issues to the fulfillment team. • Communication & Coordination • · Respond to internal requests and assist with order-related inquiries using email templates. • · Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order processing. • · Escalate order discrepancies, shipping concerns, or customer issues to senior team members. • Administrative Support • · Maintain organized order records and tracking spreadsheets using Google Workspace. • · Follow documentation and filing standards. • · Assist with other administrative and data entry tasks assigned by the Operations team. • To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: • · 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support in the retail, eCommerce or logistics industry. • Technical Skills • · Basic computer proficiency. • · Familiarity with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel. • · Ability to learn new systems and software quickly. • · Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus but not required. • Soft Skills • · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • · Good organizational and time management skills. • · Willingness to learn and follow established processes. • · Dependable and able to work independently with guidance. • · Good written English communication skills. • Nice-to-Have Skills • · Exposure to eCommerce, logistics, or administrative work. • · Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms. • · Experience with data entry or clerical tasks. • It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in: • Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to eCommerce, order processing, logistics, or administrative support will be considered an advantage.
