About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Dental Portal Specialist to join our remote BPO team. In this role, you will manage access to dental insurance portals and other web-based systems used by our dental practices. You will be responsible for setting up accounts, maintaining login credentials, troubleshooting access issues, and keeping portal information accurate and secure. Key Responsibilities Create and manage user accounts for dental insurance portals such as Delta Dental, Aetna, MetLife, and other payer systems. Maintain and organize portal usernames, passwords, security questions, and other access information. Assist team members with password resets, login issues, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Monitor user access and deactivate accounts for employees who are no longer with the company. Maintain accurate practice information, including NPI, Tax ID, provider details, and other required information. Perform regular access and account audits. Create and maintain step-by-step guides for portal access and common procedures. Coordinate with insurance portals, help desks, and internal teams when access issues arise. Follow company security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements when handling sensitive information. Requirements At least 1 year of experience working with dental insurance is required. Experience in a BPO, healthcare, dental, insurance, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environment is highly preferred. Comfortable navigating multiple web-based platforms and online portals. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices, including passwords, MFA, and data privacy. Comfortable handling sensitive information such as NPI and Tax ID numbers. Able to work independently in a remote environment and meet established KPIs. Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps for both download and upload is required.
