Key Responsibilities • 1. AI Digital Content Creation • You will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated digital content using leading AI platforms and tools. This includes: • Creating AI-generated video content • Building and managing realistic AI avatars • Producing short-form video content for social media • Developing AI voiceovers and narration • Creating marketing and educational content for the Australian construction sector • Managing content workflows across multiple AI platforms • Continually improving content quality, realism and audience performance • 2. AI Audience Engagement & Agent Deployment • You will design, configure and manage AI agents that engage directly with our audience across digital channels. • Deploying AI agents across social media platforms • Monitoring audience conversations and emerging topics • Identifying subjects and trends relevant to our audience • Creating automated engagement workflows • Managing AI-powered direct messaging campaigns • Building systems that nurture audience relationships at scale • Optimising engagement performance and conversion outcomes • Essential Requirements Candidates MUST demonstrate: • Advanced experience with AI content creation tools • Experience creating AI avatars and AI-generated video content • Experience configuring and deploying AI agents • Experience managing multiple AI technology stacks simultaneously • Strong understanding of automation workflows • Experience using large language models and AI platform • Ability to rapidly learn and adopt new AI technologies • Strong written English communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and quality • Candidates without demonstrated AI agent deployment experience will not be considered. • Application Process • Test 1 – Initial Assessment • Create a FREE YouTube Short and share it via a private webpage using a private link. The content must: • Be specifically designed for the Australian construction sector • Use an AI avatar that appears as natural and realistic as possible • Include an Australian accent (preferred) • Demonstrate your ability to create engaging AI-generated content • Showcase your workflow and technology stack • Private link to the YouTube Short • Details of the AI tools used • Brief explanation of your content creation process • Test 2 – Shortlisted Candidates Only • Candidates selected for the shortlist will receive a PHP 3,000 paid assignment. • You will be asked to enhance your AI avatar by improving: • Facial expressions • Naturalness of movement • Australian accent quality • Overall visual quality • Audience engagement effectiveness • This stage is designed to assess your ability to refine and optimise AI-generated content using advanced tools and techniques.
