Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is seeking an experienced Eviction Specialist / Property Management Specialist to manage tenant eviction, rent collection, and move-out processes for our commercial property in San Leandro, California. Key Responsibilities Manage eviction cases from initial notice through tenant move-out. Prepare and maintain tenant notices, eviction documentation, and case records. Track tenant balances, outstanding rent, and payment records. Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate rent collection. Communicate with tenants, property management, legal representatives, and other relevant parties. Coordinate tenant move-outs, property handover, and move-out inspections. Document property damages and coordinate maintenance and repairs after move-out. Maintain accurate tenant, eviction, collection, and move-out records. Payment will be withheld until missing deposit summary or leases on MIMO report For tenants out of the building: 1) small claims court filing 2) insurance claim for missing rent 3) collection company filing must be submitted within 30 days of start of employement or there will be immediate termination Requirements 2+ years of experience in property management, tenant relations, rent collection, eviction coordination, or a related field. Strong understanding of property management and tenant documentation processes. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong follow-up, organization, and case-management skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience will also be considered. Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM San Francisco Time. Must be willing to use Time Doctor or similar screen-recording software if hired. Compensation $800–$1,500/month — Performance-BasedCompensation will vary based on successful rent collection and overall case performance.
