As the company continues to expand, they're looking for someone who can support high-volume recruitment while assisting with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for occasional and placement nanny positions. Post job openings and source qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet. Review candidate applications and ensure all required documentation is complete. Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials. Prepare nanny profiles and onboard successful hires into company systems. Coordinate orientations, meetings, and follow-up communications. Maintain recruitment records, templates, and documentation. Support recruitment through social media engagement. Manage recruitment schedules using Google Calendar.
