About The Role • Local Leads Co. is hiring an AI Researcher & Fact-Checker to oversee the accuracy and integrity of our high-volume content production. This is a high-performance Quality Assurance (QA) role designed for individuals who can combine AI-assisted research with a meticulous eye for claim verification and accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring every piece of content is factually sound and adheres strictly to our internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Core Responsibilities • AI-Assisted Research: Utilize advanced LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to conduct deep-dive research and data gathering • Claim Verification: Cross-reference and validate all factual statements to ensure zero misinformation • Source Validation: Verify the credibility of external sources and ensure proper validation of references • SOP-Driven QA: Execute a rigorous audit workflow following specific checklists to maintain 100% compliance with company standards • Process Transparency: Maintain unbroken screen recordings and time logs of your entire workflow to verify time-on-task and SOP execution Requirements • Proven experience in research, fact-checking, content QA, or a related field • Strong proficiency using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research and verification • Exceptional attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to claim and source validation • Strong understanding of source credibility and reference standards • Comfortable following strict SOPs and audit checklists with full process transparency • Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and discrepancies • Preferred Qualifications • Background in journalism, editorial QA, research, or content compliance • Experience working in high-volume content production environments Schedule • Morning Shift • Perks & Benefits: • Work From Home, Monday to Friday • Leave Credits • 13th Month Pay
