Overtime Athletics is one of the nation's leading youth sports enrichment providers, partnering with elementary schools, preschools, after-school programs, and community organizations to deliver engaging sports and enrichment programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and confidence. Our mission is to create positive experiences through sports while helping schools provide high-quality enrichment opportunities that support student development beyond the classroom. As we continue expanding throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, we are looking for a motivated and proactive School Partnerships Development Representative to help grow our network of school partners. In this role, you will focus on identifying prospective schools, building relationships with school administrators, and generating qualified partnership opportunities through thoughtful outreach and follow-up. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, relationship building, and communicating with decision-makers. You will play a key role in expanding our presence by introducing Overtime Athletics to schools, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and helping build a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities. While this is not a closing sales role, your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities Research and identify prospective elementary schools, private schools, charter schools, preschools, after-school providers, recreation departments, and community organizations throughout assigned territories Identify and engage key decision-makers including Principals, Assistant Principals, Enrichment Coordinators, Expanded Learning Directors, After-School Directors, and PTA/PTO leaders Conduct personalized outbound outreach through email, phone calls, voicemail, and other communication channels to introduce Overtime Athletics and generate interest in our programs Build and maintain professional relationships with school administrators, serving as the first point of contact for prospective partners Qualify prospective school partners based on program fit, interest level, and partnership opportunities Schedule introductory meetings and program discussions for the Franchise Owner with qualified decision-makers Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, prospect information, and communication history within the CRM system Execute consistent follow-up campaigns to nurture prospective partners and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with the Franchise Owner to prioritize outreach efforts, share market insights, and continuously improve messaging and business development strategies Monitor outreach performance and report on key performance indicators including outreach activity, meetings scheduled, and partnership pipeline Stay informed on local school districts, enrichment trends, after-school programming, and competitive offerings to better position Overtime Athletics within the market Provide recommendations to improve outreach campaigns, messaging, and overall business development processes Requirements 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, appointment setting, customer success, recruiting, or a related customer-facing role Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional phone presence Comfortable conducting outbound phone calls and email outreach to school administrators and business leaders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities simultaneously Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar systems is preferred Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, build rapport quickly, and establish trust with prospective partners Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records Previous experience supporting education, nonprofit organizations, youth programs, or startup environments is a plus Ability to work flexible hours that provide overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance-based incentive program, including bonuses for qualified meetings, partnership opportunities, and successfully signed school partnerships Flexible part-time schedule (15–25 hours per week) Opportunity for increased hours and long-term growth as the organization expands Why Join Overtime Athletics?
