Work Arrangements Work Shift: Night shift Work Set-up: Remote Job Summary The Planner – Co-packers is responsible for managing production planning and operational coordination with external manufacturing partners (co-packers). This position ensures product availability, inventory accuracy, timely production execution, and effective communication between internal departments and co-packer facilities. The role supports day-to-day supply chain operations by coordinating production schedules, inventory management, logistics activities, ERP transactions, and documentation compliance. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field 2–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing operations Experience working with co-packers or third-party manufacturers preferred Experience in food & beverage or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus Experience with ERP/MRP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of inventory management and production planning processes Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Attention to detail and operational accuracy Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
